Sanjay Gadhvi :
Sanjay Gadhvi at the age of 56, who had directed the hit movie of 2004 ‘Dhoom’ has passed away, yesterday on 19 November at his residence in Mumbai. The reason of his death is unknown as the news of his death is shared by his elders daughter Sanjina Gadhvi to Press Trust of India (PTI) on yesterday. He died at 9:30 in the morning due to unknown reason but it might be a heart attack according to his daughter.
His daughter has said to the media that he was doing perfectly fine from the view of health and was going to celebrate his 57th birthday after three days. His sudden death has shocked the whole Bollywood industry. After his sad demise he is survived by his wife named Gina and his younger daughter along with elder daughter Sanjina Gadhvi.
About his career:
Sanjay Gadhvi made his debut as a director in the film industry in 2000 by directing the movie ‘Tere Liye’ which did not perform well in the box office. He later joined the Yash Raj Films (YRF) and directed the movie ‘Mere Yaar ki Shaadi Hai’ in 2002, which got little success. Later, he directed the movie ‘Dhoom’ in 2004, which became a hit in the box office and got him recognition as a director.
Then he directed the sequel to dhoom, which was named ‘Dhoom 2’, which also performed very well in the box office. He also directed the movie such as ‘Kidnap’ in 2008, ‘Ajab Gajab Love’ in 2012 and last directorial was ‘Operation Parindey’ in 2020 which was released on OTT platform.

The Bollywood industry is in shock due to the sudden demise of Sanjay Gadhvi. As the actors of his directorial movie dhoom has shared it in ‘X’ formerly known as Twitter. Abhishek Bachchan shared it on ‘X’ that he is in shock as friend suddenly died , Bipasha Basu also shared his picture in ‘X’ and wrote RIP, John Abraham also expressed his sorrow due to sudden death of the director and sent his prayers. But the first Bollywood Celebrity who condole the death of Sanjay was Kunal Kohli was also the director of many super hit movies like ‘Fana’.
Why heart attack is becoming a common reason of death:-
Sanjay Gadhvi sudden demise due to heart attack is very shocking as he was perfect healthy person but this is not the first time that heart attack is the reason of death. From some time it is very common that people are dying due to heart attack and cardiac arrest. The famous personalities such as Siddharth Shukla has died due to cardiac arrest, Puneeth Rajkumar also died due to cardiac arrest at the age of 46, many other like Raju Shrivastav died at the gym causing heart attack.
TV actor Siddhanth Vir Suryavanshi also died due to heart attack. According to doctors the situation is alarming and this is happening because now the people are going through a lot of stress due to work load and sometimes it also happened due to exercise such as heavy weight lifting which is causing heart attack to the young ones. There are some other reasons also of heart attack such as high Blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes, and smoking
